The rug looked great, for one season. But you couldn't walk barefoot or sit on it without being covered in fibers (we had it on our deck). After 2 summer seasons (put away the rest of the year), the rug was unraveling, shedding fibers everywhere and was no longer attractive.
Service & Delivery comments:
Delivery was delayed from manufacturer, but customer service from Rugsale was top notch.
