I chose this rug for my great room to place over an expanse of neutral w/w carpeting, and to anchor the seating area. Worked out beautifully! This rug has a classic design which will endure for years, and is stylish without being trendy. Could be used in many rooms, over w/w, wood floor, or tile. There is a slight shedding of fibers, but will probably lessen and/or go away with frequent, regular vacuuming.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt, and rug arrived in good condition. It was rolled neatly over heavy cardboard tube and wrapped in durable plastic sheeting. An email from the company informed me of when the rug was shipped and approximately when it would be arrive at my home.

I was searching for a rug for my living room that features a baby grand. This rug looks exquisite! I felt it was quite a bargain; I was looking for wool however this synthetic looks and feels perfect. it vacuums up beautifully and lays flat. I didn't even need a non-slip pad underneath.
