The rugs are great. I bought 3. One for the foyer and two for the living room. We love them. The colors are just as expected. Unforturnatley so do our cats and they claw the cornors. Use Boundry pet repelent to deter cats from ruining your rugs.
The customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, the colors, and special offers.
Delivery time was very good.

You will be pleasantly surprised at the quality of this beautiful rug. The picture does not do this rug justice - the rug is way more beautiful than the picture shows. Everyone that comes into my home asks were I found such a gorgeous rug. The quality is superb and I love the silk highlights with the wool rug - its seems to glisten. Fantastic buy - cheaper than I found in any store and looks way better in my home than it ever did when I saw it hanging in the store.
